We are a source factory. Chengrun was founded in 2001 and operates two production bases covering more than 30,000 m², with 1,000+ machines and 8 high-temperature production lines. We welcome factory audits, video tours and third-party inspections. Ask us for our business license and test reports.

MOQ depends on the product type, size, and whether it is a standard or custom item. Most standard lines can start from small quantities. For custom items, MOQ is usually higher. Send us the model and quantity you need, and we will quote accordingly.

Yes. Samples are free for standard products. You only pay the shipping cost. Sample lead time is usually 10 business days. Custom samples take longer depending on the specification. Send us the model number and we will arrange shipment.

Our products carry UL and CSA certifications and comply with ROHS 2.0 and REACH. The factory operates under ISO and TS16949 quality management systems. Certificates and test reports are available on request, and we support your compliance documentation.

Answer: For standard products, production takes about 30 days after order confirmation. Custom products take longer, depending on size, quantity and process. Samples ship within 7 days. We confirm a delivery date when you place the order, and we stick to it.

Yes. We custom-make sleeving, tubing, tapes and conduit in custom sizes, colors and packaging, and offer cutting, printing and deep processing. Send us your drawings and specifications, and our engineers will quote within 2 days. R&D support is available for new applications.
